Single Leg Broad Jumps Basketball Drill

Single Leg Broad Jumps Basketball Drill

Most basketball players have a dominant leg that they jump better off of. This means that one leg is weaker than the other or does not use the same jumping technique. The goal of this basketball workout is to strengthen each leg individually.

Just like when doing regular broad jumps, you want to make sure that you focus on proper jumping technique and use your entire body to help propel you up and forward. This is a great vertical jump basketball drill to develop both legs and really focus on jumping technique and form.
