Pitt Panthers: Pin Down, Back Screen/Down Screen Basketball Play (11-12)

What most players don’t realize, is that if you set a good screen you are most likely going to be the one that ends up open for a shot. For this basketball play, you want your best shooter to set the back screen, make his/her defender have to help, and then have them come off the down screen for an open shot. The only way that this play will work though is if the shooter is willing to set a great back screen.
