There are certain basketball plays that you can run against a man and zone defense. This basketball play is designed to be run against a man defense, but it also works well against a 2-3 zone. Beating a zone is all about getting the ball moving and getting penetration into the gaps. For this play to work though, the screeners need to find a defender to screen, not just an area. It will be a little bit different feel for screening since it is a zone.
