Pitt Panthers: Back Screen/Down Screen Motion Offense (11-12)

A motion basketball offense is a continuous movement and every player has a specific spot on the floor that they need. These types of plays can be good because they make the defense continue to have to work and guard multiple actions back to back. The goal is to run the play until the defense breaks down or misses an assignment and an offensive player is left open.
