Georgia Southern: Motion Offense (11-12)

The idea of a motion offense is to keep the offensive basketball players cutting and moving the ball until the defense breaks down, and makes a mistake. Because the offense is continually moving, the defense is always having to rotate and communicate and this creates defensive breakdown opportunities. A motion offense is something every basketball team should have in their arsenal, even if it is not used very often.
